AMSTERDAM WEDDING IN DE HORTUS 

De Hortus Botanicus, Amsterdam

Imagine, it is late morning on a warm summer’s day and the sun is sunshining and the birds are singing. This was the perfect setting for a summer chic wedding. Lee and Eline met in Amsterdam so this city holds a very special meaning to the couple. For the first look, Lee waited for Eine’s arrival in front of the Hortus which made a pretty scenic backdrop. The couple both looked so elegant and Eline looked radiant in her floor length wedding gown. I was so excited for this Amsterdam wedding in De Hortus partly because I love this couple but I also love the venue! Definitely one of the top sights to see in Amsterdam and a wonderful venue for a wedding.

Ceremony was held in the intimate Palm Greenhouse with it’s floor to ceiling window planes which flooded the room with beautiful natural light. So manby magical momennts from a poem read by their dear friend which tickled and delighted the couple and the guests to the very personal and touching words shared by the couple. The wonderful day continued on to Mediamatic where there was fun and games galore. Definitely a wedding that I will remember for many years!
